At Trailhead Inspirations, we value you as a customer and your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. However, sometimes things might not go as expected, so here's a breakdown of how we manage returns and refunds:
Problems with Errors, Imperfections, or Faults?
No worries! If your order arrives with any errors, imperfections, or faults, we’ll either replace it or provide a full refund. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to Info@TrailheadInspirations.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Reviewing Your Return and Refund Claims
Once we receive your email with all the necessary details, we’ll assess your claim within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll quickly move forward with either a replacement or a refund.
Handling Exchanges for Errors, Imperfections, or Faults

Refund Processing for Errors, Imperfections, or Faults
Once we approve your refund, it will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your payment method, the refund should be seen in your account within 3-5 business days.
Changed Your Mind?
Please note that we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. To ensure you get the right fit, be sure to check the size charts on the product page BEFORE completing your purchase. Our products are printed at time of purchase and are not stocked, therefore, we cannot accept these types of returns.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to maintain efficiency. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at Info@TrailheadInspirations.com. Since orders typically move to production within 2-6 hours, and part of our process is automated, it might not be possible to cancel the order once it reaches a certain stage.
Package Lost in Transit?
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, please inform us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track down the issue and resolve it.
